Seriously though I got so many points by the end of quidditch games in that old EA game that it didn’t matter who caught the snitch. And we see it happen in the fourth book. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was semi-common in high tier quidditch. Course my memory is a bit rusty so maybe they say it’s actually rare but I don’t remember perfectly.

As a German, I am allowed to basically work and live everywhere in the EU as long as I speak the local language and find work, while not having to give up my citizenship.
So if the opportunity was there, and the country is cool, I would immediately move there.
There are even agencies here that recruit young people to work for them in other European countries at some nice places, this is quite common with call centers, where you work and live at a nice place in Greece or on Teneriffa.
