This is a warning. Stop it.

While Iā€™m sorry that you feel that way about the community, the biggest problem is that youā€™re telling people to kill themselves. That is not okay and never will be.
Weā€™re continuing to crack down on problematic parts of the forums to make the community and we have been banning multiple members of the community over the past few weeks that have been causing problems. We will continue to do so in the future as well.
In many situations where a calm conversation and rebuttal would have done fine, you instead opted to lashing out with personal insults. I will agree that there have been users that you have encountered that were over the top in their toxicity, but they were also banned not long after.
I will be banning this account for the same duration as your other account since bans go for all accounts.

Look. I understand your frustration (and I will say you were rather tame with this one so plus respect there.)

But when it comes to these forums, while I agree that the moderation is often times very late. Its better than not at all. Truthfully no online site of any kind has perfect moderation. Its impossible. And we cant expect courier or hamlet to spend every waking hour combing topics for the slightest signs of toxicity.

I know you have been through a metric ton of online abuse, but this is more than just snapping back. This is you being the aggressor in most cases.

You say that we are responsible for transphobia, but before I ever got to know a trans person, I was hella transphobic. Yenno why? It wasnt because I gave a shit that they were trans. Its because in the most popular examples of trans people, they almost always were extremely volatile to the point that they became something most people avoid at all costs. Obviously I know better now but im saying, that this is likely how a lot of people feel.

Like I said before. You gotta win support as much as you gotta defend yourself. Lashing out (especially unprovoked by the person you are lashing specifically) doesnt win hearts and minds.

Trans people deserve to be treated infinitely better than they are currently. But people arent gonna see that if you make them believe youve earned the treatment you get.

Obviously not trying to offend you, just like yesterday trying to point out that this behavior isnt okay. And i know it isnt you at your core. I understand how you got here. But at this point its your choice now to make things better. Last night you got an example of everyone being chill. That can continue. Just please consider the things you say from now on.

Real talk though. Thanks for being more active and cracking down on cleaning toxicity from the forums. It might not seem it but it means a lot. And itā€™s a good sign of hope of the future of this game and itā€™s community. Small steps to a better future.

Thatā€™s always a lesson to remember. Violence doesnā€™t stop violence. Hatred doesnā€™t stop hatred. It just continues the viscous cycle. Never hate, always forgive.
Have compassion for others because they are just like you. A fellow human being. There will always be misunderstandings, disagreements but never attack because of those. Understand that the person disagreeing with you is just thatā€¦a person. And that person has emotions, thoughts, everything that makes you and them human. Just remember to always be kind. Because you donā€™t know who is behind that screen and what theyā€™ve gone through.
