February update: Good or bad? What are your predictions?

Highly doubt theyl do WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE to actually balance the game.

So of they won’t make those simple changes then I hope pred gets a lot more options in match.
As well as the ability to bring more gear.
Not so much higher quantities, but more options that are good.

Also the ability to add mods to the plasma caster.

Idk something to help pred out a bit.

And ffs hopefully a bigger hunt mode, 2v8, 3v10.
I want to finally team up with other pred players.

And for this mode, no fucking stupid restrictions like in clash.

That would be nice to see. Sadly it would be just another jungle map but this time on another planet. But if they throw in things like the crashed ship, camp site where the crucified predator was and stuff to make it feel more alien like then it wouldn’t be as bad. But yeah it’s definitely a long shot before we see something like this even if we are getting a character from that movie. I wouldn’t expect it tbh.

All would be nice to see. They would definitely help salvage this mess of a game. But yeah, they rarely do what needs to be done and they go off doing their own things which is normally silly shit like Cosplaying Preds, NFL players and a CoD mode none of which anyone wanted or has helped the game much.

If we was going to get him in the February update we would’ve seen his silhouette in the paid DLC section of the roadmap. I can’t see them giving him away for free so I wouldn’t hold your breath on getting him just yet.

2 new maps? If that happens then the only logical explanation is either the world is ending or someone traveled back in time and stepped on a bug. New weapons I could see happening and new customisations is definitely happening same with Isabelle. But Mr. Black is unlikely to happen in the same update imo.

I have a feeling the February update will be decent, but not spectacular by any means.

The Isabelle dlc will probably come with a new plasma sniper rifle. We’ll get a new free predator class from the Predators movie. Maybe it will be one of the super predators and we’ll get the drone as a gear item. We’ll get some new masks and some shaders to go alongside it.

In terms of balance decisions, I think Illfonic will just swap the specialisations around instead of removing them or nerfing them. So, the assault will probably have field medic instead of support. One of the non-damage perks of the predator might get a buff like how they buffed modified reserve for the previous patch. I think some of the major bugs might be fixed in the next patch too.

The end is near. 2021 will have less amount of first aid support that will even the odds. I hope the next patch doesnt fuck shit up. If I keep losing by 4 escapees every time with real premades there is no balance to this game. I don’t want to sound like im the best Pred… But we all know when somethings off. This “Feb update” better even out the odds or at least give the pred a better chance at performing kills. What’s the point of executions anymore? Very small window a team can give you. BTW im speaking for pc players with a good ping. You put the skill vs skills and its a flop every time. Pred cant handle all that. Time management+ "constant pressure on FT+ Prevent FT from healing or force all resources to be consumed.

Predictions:
2 bugs will get fixed i’m expecting them to be the loadout reseting bug and probably the loadout locking bug that prevents people from altering loadouts

Isabelle will come out she will be a direct upgrade over the recon class
Her sniper rifle will be a direct upgrade over either the 7en or the SAWZ
FT will recieve a new scope that gives them thermal vision when aiming down sight as a 4X scope Or they will be a re-usable piece of gear as a pair of binoculars
They may recieve some other gear or cosmetics related to the SNOW map that they have teased
they will nerf one thing from the FT and buff something else if i had to guess the EMP mine will get buffed or the downed 1 extra time perk will get merged with the downed 4 longer perk
the nerf will either come to FM or the interaction speed perk

Predator will recieve no new weapons nor any new gear
receive a few new cosmetic shaders
plasma canon splash damage will get nerfed by 5%
bow damage will get nerfed by 5%
alpha sickle will get nerfed by 10%
They will nerf the Net gun + trapper interaction speed
they will buff ironsides and buff second wind allowing predator to have more hp during it
They will improve the voice line taunts audio quality
pigs will a change they will either restore less hp but spawn as often as they do now or they will have a limit on how many can spawn in a single game

they will tease us with the next update which will include a predator and probably a new map (the snow one or the one that leaked with the pyramid)

I look forward to being right about 25% about what i’ve listed here
