That’s not been my experience. I do think the Ping is artificially lowered on display, but, most matches I play, every player has around 10 - 20 Ping or more, like 80 - 120.

Game is two years old. We’re not getting anything substantial, unfortunately.
Course we are! We are getting a new mode! 3v8, Mike Harrigan! New maps etc. Trust the process and give the devs time. They got this! til then it’s just an Enigma of the mystical
Thanks for your time today. Just as many others in the PHG community, I was completely disappointed in the last update (really, most updates since 2.19). This has mostly to do with the overall abandonment of major balance adjustments. There are few games perfectly balanced, but PHG has some issues that are outliers.
It would be nice to know what YOU think are the community priorities. I’m sure you’ll say it’s confidential information, but how can we have any hope that the game has any chance of being improved in the future, without this transparency?
Countless complaints of players wanting predator to have:
- more stealth
- more durability
- more gear that doesn’t exist yet (ex. Wolf laser mines)
- silent bear traps
- more maneuverability around small obstacles
- leaps that don’t go strait up when leaping near small obstacles or after deploying gear
As for the Fireteam:
- Field Medic is much stronger than almost any other perk
- the Sawz50 does almost 25% of most predators Health and destroys masks in 2 hits
- the semi auto pistols have ridiculously high DPS, especially with scripted inputs and/or with Scout Duelist
- Dante’s health, speed, and damage reduction while sprinting along with with 10 perk points makes his character outrageously hard to kill
- Fanatic has been glitched so the effect remains, so long as you only heal with Field Syrettes
There are other issues as well, like the OWLF Rifle being objectively the worst gun in the game, but the listed issues above are a good starting point, and I don’t expect they’ll ever be fixed after being letdown by so many lackluster updates. I hope you really want to fix things and have the influence to make it happen, but I’m all out of any positive expectations with regard to Illfonic.
