Usually test servers are open for everyone (at least on PC). Most of the time you just need to sign up.
But setting up test servers is useless if they just deploy it and let it become stagnant with no updates and don’t even have a mechanism for players to submit feedback and they actually pay attention to it instead of going to a spam folder on a shared mailbox
Ubisoft does this for The Diviision2 and they make people download a diifferent version of the game. it uses a different server that way. but you need to sign up for it. i suspect its highly monitored and vetting everybody for their hardware. they manage it through discord which is smart.

They fix what they can fix, especially if you give them detailed steps on how to reproduce the error / bug.
There are some things they just won’t ever fix, unless you can give them a solution. The team monitoring emails aren’t the top brass when it comes to coding, so don’t expect miracles.

There have been extensive reproduction guides sent to Illfonic over the years. There are still bugs present that have concrete reproduction guides and zero dev response. Im glad you have faith in Illfonic, I wish I still did. But most of us dont because they just keep dropping the ball.
