That and the damage for FT is HITSCAN SERVERSIDED. In general this is considered a terrible option for shooters and you WILL eventually get shot through walls. It gives the shooter huge advantage. As soon as the trigger is pulled, the damage is calculated while the server plays catchup - even if you’re behind a wall.
The pred player also doesn’t rubberband on his screen, so its very dishonest when he’s lagging. The pred is rendered in an approximate location on each FT’s screen, and even if thats not where he actually his due to lag he will still take any damage they put out on his “ghost.”.
You can see FT shooting at green goo in the air that isnt where you are at but you will still watch your healthbar go down.
There aren’t “damage hacks, speedhacks etc” in this game because its serversided. Much like you won’t see anyone hacking League of Legends even though league isnt running any kind of kernel-level anticheat.
