Was it proper constructive criticism which focuses on providing constructive feedback, supported by specific examples, to help them improve in some area. Constructive criticism should be offered in a friendly manner with good intentions. Or was it a vague the games full of bugs fix it illfonics we’ve been telling you what we want since the beginning but you never listen every update feels lazy and rushed give us what we want

Like I swear every time I read complaints I hear we getting mostly patches im like yeah we want the game fixed or we never get what we want im like hey remember people wanted specs and buffs for pred or hey remember how we all said that fatties had trouble in second wind or remember when ya wanted more maps

I just want the audio bug fixed. That’s all I ask, that’s all I’ve been asking for since Excavation came out. There’s no excuse for it going on this damn long.

No. I told them exactly what was wrong. I didn’t say how to fix it but it’s hypocrisy. Fixing it is as easy as stop doing this action. It’s self explanatory.
thats fair what if they cant fix it RN but theyre woking on it, Meh not sure if you’ve every had to work with people on a face to face situation but karen/toxic customers/clients/consumers can end up being filtered out or kicked out. Its also very possible your feedback was looked at taken on board and being addressed even if you got a ban

Thing is I’ve been asking for this fix for over a year with no feedback. Should they ever respond it’s the same questions, from the same people, and I get told to try and turn off my 3D audio of which I don’t have because I’m on PS4. It’s maddening to keep asking for a fix at this point tbh and people wonder why I would think they don’t listen. This bugs been in the game longer than most players.

There’s plenty of bugs that have not be addressed
Random audio issues
- No in-game VC during match but ok during lobby
- Loud deafening reverberating noise
- Weapon firing audio stuck
Input conflicts. Multiple inputs either at the same time or in a very fast consecutive execution provoke
- Unable to fire/attack/sprint/interact
- Skip weapon swapping animations
- Able to equip weapons/gear in slots you shouldn’t
- Able to equip specializations in classes you shouldn’t
The infamous -1 level bug
Collision errors
- Able to fire/attack through certain fences, rocks, roofs, walls, etc.
- Getting stuck in places, some with the possibility of escaping by crouching, some with no escape
- Able to go inside buildings and rocks you shouldn’t
Hitboxes problems
- Fireteam hitboxes for combi, bow and plasma cannon are offset, but AI, boars and environment is not
- All scopes for the SAW-Z are offset but the shot is not
I honestly don’t expect any of them to be publicly acknowledged, but from my personal experience, if submitted with video footage of the bug in a PM, they have at least said “Thanks, we’ll look into it.”
Thing is other people have submitted videos of this happening, they’ve acknowledged it and it usually goes back to the same thing again the next time. This bug literally makes you either useless to your team or a hearing impaired pred. Either way it’s sucks the fun out of the game when it happens every other match.
not a stab at the devs but what if its something they dunno how to fix properly yet ?

It’s a behavior issue
Not only did they they flip flop from being lenient to being overly strict, but they then started lying to their customers. They have no moral high ground here beyond whatever delusions they gave themselves.
The ban was still messed up giving that it was because I wasn’t nice enough.
Honestly I’d be fine with that answer. If they flat out said “we’re working on it, it’s pain in the ass and we have no idea what is the cause” or something along those lines then that would be fantastic.
As far as I know they could be working on it or it could have been forgotten about, or they just don’t find it important enough to fix in comparison to some other issue. I’d rather get an answer than be left not knowing whether or not they plan on keeping that bug as a feature.
