Gonna have to disagree with you there, predator is stupid strong right now, a good predator beats a good fire team everytime hell a good predator can beat a perfect fire team. Don’t think they need a drastic buff but they need slight buffs

I would disagree with you there. I primarily play fireteam (lvl 100 day 2/3) and preds are still lacking skill. This is a game about just that, skill, and whichever team is lacking that will lose. As far as balance goes i feel it’s hard for them to balance much more as people are still playing like idiots and then crying for balance to suit their skill level. Once time goes by and people pull their heads out of their butts you’ll see the skill gap start to shrink.
I still see preds running into a full fireteam with melee at the ready and try to kill the squad. I see preds bot even attempting to make any variations to their paths while in second wind. I just see all these poor plays from predator players and i would wager they are in the same group as the ones in here complaining about how strong the fireteam is/was.

keep cool. yeah being spam spotted over and over playing with an under powered predator even hitting them with the bow doesnt do enough damage. the ft if they stick together in 4s they are still over powered. yep ive no positivity or enjoyment coming from this game. if things dont change dramatically. i wont be coming back to this game. and im sure many other people wont be either or be sick of it. wasting time sitting in ques for this experience. no thank you

yeah the bow really doesnt do enough damage, and I say that as FT player cause I get hit by it so often but I never get downed.
But on the other side playing Predator is very hard, that doesnt mean its unbalanced.
He is just not “just WASD, aim and press fire” he is a challenge and you need days or weeks to master him. When I watch others on youtube or twitch who play him good they destroy even very organised and good teams. Its all a skill-unbalane. As FT you just hop in , get your shit together, muscle memory is there.
As Predator you have NO muslce memory and need to train it first…

well its unbalanced when you are constantly spotted and forced too flee to heal up because even when im getting direct hits im not doing enough damage they run back inside the buildings where the plasma caster cant penetrate. one thing that would make a difference if those buildings they was hiding in was destructible because that thing would literally melt that metal ceiling or blow it to bits at this point its literally indestructible …
lol. theres no fear for ft team i know because i used to do the same stay inside. the more i feel like this i feel like zerging my way in. but i cant even be bothered to sit around doing that coupled with the wait times. so my last game that was for now.

Coming from a lvl 100 fireteam main (I play both but more fireteam) we do not need a buff lol. Give me and my team any other advantages and our 95 percent win rate will hit 100

let them do their mission. as predator you need to be patient. very patient. Most Preds I lose against (and I am not bregging but 8/10 matches I carry the team and kill the predator on my own)…well most preds I loose against are those that dont show up for a long time and then wait until I am fighting against NPCs and dont expect him to come.
When I can focus on looking for the Predator he has no chance, I spot him very good cause I have a very good PC and good eyes. He needs to wait until I am distracted or down other teammates who are the WEEKLINGS. thats your only goal. adjust to that and you will have way more wins. believe me.
by patient well what am i meant to do?? not hunt them down to avoid being spotted. because when i do hunt them im being spam spotted and lit up like im a pinata and them just running back in buildings avoiding my plasma caster rendering it useless because the buildings they hide in are indestructible. very patient that combined with the que times. my patience is out of the window. im not a masochist but most people or anyone who sits around putting up with this bullshit must be idk.
The only thing I feel truly needs to be nerfed is reinforcement, that I won’t argue with anyone about, the only games I lose I wipe the whole team and they bring their team back right after. It can turn a great game into a shit game quick
Then dont be on trees. Preds that are on trees always face getting spotted constantly. The very best preds I played against always are on ground or on buildings or other stuff, but not on trees and only use the trees to find the FT at the start of a match.
But reinforcement are so tasty fresh points for a predator to get beyond 8k points easily… ;)

Pubs and Randoms don’t need a buff - you just need to play against a comms and coordination Fire Team. You’re 1 mind vs. 4 when those 4 are not talking.
You people today kill me, buff nerf buff nerf buff nerf…this is why we can’t have nice things. Ever notice it’s always coming from PvP based content? No one ever really cares that much about you vs CPU but add your ego your pride in the equation, whole different ball game then it’s they hit too hard this guns to weak. Grow and adapt learn and prosper , on day one you can’t just be a God , I believe it took him like 7 days or something to make earth (and we are not him\her) so before ruining a game by nerfs/buffs why not practice getting better?

Yeah but against a really good fireteam it could be the reason you lose as healing is limited and pig hunting isn’t reliable.
I’m saying don’t buff? Not sure what I said that got ego in the way. I’m saying I’d prefer not to buff anything because at the moment a Predator player has the odds stacked against him with good fireteam players
