I strongly disagree. Also, Dante Jefferson is not an actual person, not a football player.

If this update doesnā€™t bring extremely substantial updates in the form of major balance fixes, along with at least one map and a good mode, then it will die. And rightly so. Even IF we get a map, thatā€™s only 5 almost a fucking YEAR after release. It should have had 5 maps and three (good) modes at launch. Minimum.

Fortnite is doing all their marketing for them right now, so they better not screw up the February update. My hopes are not high.

I would rather wait until the 28th, then have a low content or botched release earlier.

That is okay.
Not everyone has to like everything made.

Plus Im sure we can all agree that all we want is a Good Game for once.
One that doesnā€™t show up with bugs, or balancing issues.
Where we can play and not feel frustrated with the mechanics.
Or the worry of the game dying.

If weā€™ve wasted our money on another failure of cash grab.
And where hard work is actually rewarded with loot rather then copyā€™s and poor RNG.

We all just want a game to come home to, and play without care.

No I dont think the game is dead clearly.
But I wont lie, itā€™s not exactly going to make game of the year.
And like ALL games, they eventually do die.
Some just sooner then others.

Iā€™m just going to hop that the 3 Forces behind this game figure it out before itā€™s to late.

If not, hopefully someone can make a good game out of the franchise before we all die.
Iā€™d personally like to see it before that.

Iā€™ve never played amung us, so I could understand why a disguised predator could be a ā€œfunā€ game mode.

Heh well the idea of the hidden among us theme was more to aim for the ā€œunsettled feelingā€.
I want the players to feel on edge.
Because not only could the Predator (this High abnormal Bad Blood) hide among FT.
But FT could kill each other and steal the others loot to ā€œBetterā€ their own loot.

It was
an idea of ā€œlootā€.
We wanted a mode dedicated to reward and high risk.

If you want tons of loot, sneak your entire way through the maze and collect all the loot.
But kill your fellow FT to steal theirs.
While the Predator could use that as leverage.

We wanted options, people to be worried about who was gonna kill who first.
Or maybe nobody betrays anyone.
And who might be the predator or just a greedy bum.

Plus this loot was shaders, new masks, new gear, things you could actually get and keep.
So there was encouragement to steal from others.

We thought the idea would be Refreshing for a bit.

These games that come out these days seem to have forgotten the core of a games purpose.
To be fun and fulfilling.
To set some achievement and make a legacy out of its name.

Their spiraling Cash grabs with pretty textures painted over poor mechanics.
If ones gonna make a game FOR the people, be ready to Feed them their expectations and more.
Else theyā€™ll starve and bite the hand that fed them in the first place.

P.S Sorry Illfonic, and everyone involved in the making of this game.
Incase itā€™s ever seen by those who really do care for it and cherish it.
But, my words stand. As someone who plays games, studies as much as I can.
In hopes to make my own dream game one day before I at least die.

I mean well, always. But I donā€™t like to baby it.
It just feels like the games just that, just another game. It wont be remembered beyond the generation it was made for.
