Gladiator Predator DLC just dropped
Been wondering that too since the update last week. I haven’t noticed much beyond the red plasma for the pistol, crossbow lightsaber and the audio fuckup for hearing the caster as FT. I do wonder if there were some nerfs to Pred health at all, because I was just having a horrible time every match last weekend, like my HP on Hunter would go down so fast, I was using all four medkits and even some pigs to barely win.

Trident is a new weapon, not a combi variant.
just as i thought, another berserker reskin and another combistick reskin (basically). tracker is useless on melee classes because the fireteam can simply outrun the predator anyways. the only slightly useful spec on him would be vicious (if this abomination can even get anyone downed in the first place)
So the Trident is is own thing, okay…but are the animations the same as the combi?
And those are some shit perk points and specs, though Tracker is good. That’ll be what most people will use.

im debating whether i should play cod (which will eventually piss me off) or jump on this game to see if i can melt any gladiator players (which will also eventually piss me off)
I can see needing Adrenal as a mandatory perk. Because yeah, no way is this Pred going to be fast enough for much of anything.

in that case you have to choose between medic, large pouch, or either of the damage boosters as your other perk therefore not leaving room for anything else that could be useful

So, animations are the same as Combistick.
The only difference is (dunno if its a bug or not) but you get 3 of these Trident Combisticks lmao.
You can throw 3 of them (one by one) and pick them up.

so…its combistick but slightly better? we’ll have to check if the damage is the same for both melee and throwing attacks. cuz if the damage is the same then this thing could be OP.

Oh wow…okay. What’s the speed between throws? I can see this becoming OP if used right. Is it just the trident that has three, or did the other combis get it?
