You can only use that anti feild medic on one class, and, you cant see what you’re going up against, so you will never be able to select it specifically against feild medics.

Ok. So? If certain player thinks it’s gonna be hard for him to face muktiple FM he can choose that Pred Class and adapt his game.
The FT doesn’t know what kond of Pred they’re gonna face either… If the FT thinks he is gonna need be FM, he chooses FM. If the Pred thinks he is gonna need anti-FM he chooses anti-FM…
I personally, almost never play as FM, but that’s my choice. There were several matches that if i ran FM i would’ve won…

So theres 2 solutions.
Make it so ppl can see what they’re up against, or give that specialization to everyone.
And, as for what pred brings, it doesn’t matter.
Theres not really anything pred has that you need any specific ft equipment or class to counter it.
I would say the only thing would be Make sure You have one sniper at least.
That’s it.
If you really want to counterpick a FM, just turn them into porcupines, easy peasy.
I honestly don’t give a shit. You have to realize that most people who play this game are randoms, and everyone is trying their best fro what works for them.
I personally run support now exclusively with randoms because I just got tired of being downed by brain dead elder sword spammers. I still do, from time to time, but at least I have a fighting chance. With any other class is two hits and your are dead. I don’t care if anyone else is running support or not, I’ll use them as bait 90% of the time.
When playing in a full squad I’ll choose a loadout depending on what my friends use.

Ya I heard the concern, but given that nothing either side really cancels anything on the other out, I dont see it being a huge problem

Just throwing this out there: some sort of pred gear to force FT to split up would be helpful for balance. Or missions that require it. 🤷♀️

I tend to use the elder sword against specific players as well. Though I mainly stay with the bow when it’s just one FM.
I play with what I want, couldn’t care less what other 3 random dude’s picked.

I’m counting 3x Field Medics. And bringing a full team of slow Supports against a Predator who might be using the Smart Disc is probably one of the Fireteam’s worst mistakes. :>

Lately I’ve been working on stealth kills as Predator and I’ve noticed FT hate to be downed over and over again the best thing to use against field medic is to let them be field medic and get bring they’re teammates back up I would just make sure you use down range with either the combi stick or bow combi stick seems to work better taking more damage atleast that’s what I’ve been doing for the past few days it’s been fun

I can’t get behind calling the disk OP. It’s so unreliable and glitchy. The flight is super jumpy. Gets stuck on invisible stuff. Gets stuck in speed mode. Or straight up leaves the map. Not to mention how vulnerable it leaves you and easy it is to avoid. And to make this argument while using three field medics is equally baffling 🤨

Trying to piss off a Predator that uses the Smart Disc by bringing 4 Supports??? That’s almost the same thing as bringing 4 morbidly obese people for a hike on an African savannah and telling them to try run away from the lions. 😁
You’re basically serving yourselves on a silver plate for the Predator.
And yes, the disc is strong if you know how to play with it, same thing goes for the plasma caster, the bow and most other weapons.
But there are several ways to counter these weapons, sadly you guys only brought PDL:s and UAV scanners, no actual equipment to interrupt the piloting of my disc.
If i would have used my plasma caster then you would be whining on that instead. 😉
