Meh…I think dead is a little strong a word
I was there Day 1 of the Beta. I fucking marathoned that shit all weekend. Literally one of the oldest players this thing has. It struggles but the game is far from dead when me & the homies can bust out close to a 100 matches per day casually. And that’s when they drag me on for FT play. 90% of the time I’m playing Pred and I gotta contend with on average 9 min waits in Quick Play because so many other people wanna play Pred at the same time as me. This is a Niche Asymm game based on a Boomer property. By the metrics of what this game is, 20 second waits for RANDOM queue is real fucking good, and I remember around the time of last Novemeber to December when it was almost triple that.

Then why are you on the forums complaining a game you don’t even seem to be playing. There is literally a million more productive things you could be doing with your time, so many other games you could actually be playing and talking about but here we are.
We gotta contend with a bunch of uninformed idiots who think the game is gonna shut down any second now due to a court case that won’t even go anywhere because it’s against DISNEY, and you don’t fuck with the house of mouse because they own the Courts and will ruin your life over $5 let alone a multi-million dollar IP.
And now there’s a bunch of clownery back & forth about whether or not a game with queue times as low as 20 seconds being dead. Oh the game isn’t doing Fortnite numbers? It ain’t doing CoD numbers? Yeah no shit, it’s an Asymm game based on a property half the people here probably only know because their 40-50 year old dad would watch on VHS whilst cracking back a few beers, or because they know AVP. If a game consistently gets you random matches in under 20 seconds then it is not a dead game. If you can bust out well over 40 matches per day on average, it ain’t a dead game.
Now everyone pull their head out their ass, stop worrying about a court case which won’t do jack because it’s Disney, stop worrying about whether or not you got people to play with when a match is 20 seconds away: and stop clogging up the forums with 15 different “THE END IS HERE” rooms every half hour and go back to hornyposting over a Fem Pred’s thighs or some shit which is infinitely more fun than whatever we got going on here.

Logical fact of the matter. 20 second waits don’t equal dead. Simple as. The only thing dead around here is the Mods ability to actually do their damn job. Because here we are with “Lawsuit killing us?” topic number 20 when anyone with a brain would’a stopped it at one topic, been told/realized “wait this is Disney, the game could not be any safer because Disney will ruin your life for pocket change” and moved the hell on.
