Are you surprised there are hackers in online games? There have always been hackers, and there will always be people like this. The only working way to fight them is to send ban reports every time you encounter them. It’s not possible to make anti-cheat software that would stop all of them.
Hackers, cheaters, and dark modders are the kind of people that will always find a way to hack and get access to the game’s core code. They can even trick the servers. So, I think it would be hard to fight them unless you become a hacker yourself. Check out this site with info about game hacking. You can become a white hat hacker and use your powers to fight those other players.
You can literally disable it in options XD
