Has anyone ever played with the Modifiers?

I only assumed it because I deleted those files before and it reset my game to the default loadouts and settings, so I had assumed if clicking SAVE will copy it to your user data and I thought if users want to revert back to default settings and of course loadouts deleting those files would help

That’s the only reason why I suggested it in the first place! I wasn’t trying to give anyone the wrong impression or advice

Fair enough. It doesn’t seem like a logical conclusion to me, but we all have those moments. For better or worse, the game seems to keep all local settings in a couple of files, as you say.

Just as a further note, when you save your custom settings it will appear below the list of preset modes off to the right, with a small bin icon next to it in case you want to remove it. It’s a nice feature that isn’t given much credit.

Overall, I did click Save last night! I had to give it a name “My Custom Modifiers” which created it under Custom Modes list (it certainly does save the information to your user data) meaning if you want to remove it from your Custom Modes list deleting your user data files will remove it

To use your custom saved modifier! Load up a Private Match, click on Modifiers and select from the Custom Modes list your saved modifier mode and click back “Note” where is says on the above screenshot “Classic Hunt” if selected your custom mode your name will appear here confirming your selection

I also noticed that if you wish to make changes to your custom saved modifier, after clicking save you must choose it in the list of your custom saved modifiers or choose to create a new one

I was right in a lot of way! Even when I did not test it myself, but NOW I can confirm that it does save to your user data as I first assumed
