You said something about they have no respect to predator. And i agreed if the guy too cocky he should be punished, but parrying which they consume without any measure returns game upside down! I had some situation when guy was left alone and when i get down to kill him with honor he got his knife and starts spamming, meanwhile his team was back and i left without HP looking for a pig or sometimes they starts chasing. It wasn’t in movies right? I’m even agreed about 1-2 parryies in a row, but spam parry without any penalty it’s a madness! Pred has longer animations of melee-hits and no chances against this exploit.

I agree to remove butter knife if they remove all glitching AOE wall passing attacks for pred. Cause all his abilities that’s have AOE damage including spear swing are ignoring walls.

I think they should somehow to force people to play both sides equal time. Firstly i mained FT in Beta-test and now until got 50lvl, after that i main the Pred. And can’t say i was suffering from Preds AOE exploits or something, one thing I was suffer - stupid team. But playing Pred you can see players looking for only exploits, they trying to find some advantage and use it again and again like “one-button win in Mortal Kombat”. They are copying toxicity of each other. Crawling under stairs and trains to leave Pred without a trophy and points are same toxic things like this parries. I have never seen preds did something same again and again (if they do so - they die), they always play different tactics, but I always see FT did same things. It’s like virus of toxicity. They spot and give damage from range, if you try melee they parrying, meanwhile rest of the team beat all the shit of you, if you run away they start chasing you with same knives. And this scenario becomes more often. Try to hard play pred, not 1-2 match in a day, but a many matches and you will feel it.
Bro stop using the word toxic. Being in an abusive bad relationship with someone you love is toxic. Where you’re miserable or both ppl are.
Ppl doing stupid things in a game or talking shit is not toxic.

Well i feel you about stupid team. Most frustrating when player get some level and don’t even know that’s 1-2 bullet shotguns won’t work aganist predator in melee. Trolls and afk feeders etc…

While parrying and running at pred with knife is annoying, they’re just trying to win. Right now ft has it easy. If they play smart.

So far I’ve only had good experiences with the ft.
Most ppl have been saying gg at the end, I’ve talked a few they were cool, and even earlier when they were camping but killed me while I ate a pig, I didn’t even get mad I was like gg.
So having an attitude of everything’s toxic isnt good. Youl just miss out on possible fun.

I understand that any thing could be treated with sense of humor and it’s right point of view and all nice. But sometimes you getting tired of this “tiny victories” or we could call it “tiny dirty tricks”. It’s stupid and gives no profit to them like a… tea-bagging, but they will do it again and again trying to spoil your mood. Honestly I don’t really care a lot about this. Just my opinion that things like this kills the joy from games. Esp when trying to play with honor and giving them second chances etc.
Sorry, but it is difficult not to roll eyes if you use this screenshot as an argument for parry.🙄 It basically means that you need to pick up the Predator’s own technology to be able to parry it.
The disc is not comparable to a combat knife carried by a FT Soldier because:
- Material (the knife would break)
- How it is handled: when the handler moves the disc its momentum is strengthened by the gravitation technology. Even with that he was barely able to parry being pushed around the space ship. He was able to gut the alien because it got cocky and left itself open to an attack after having beat him down.

This is more than enough to not take any of your statements seriously. Level the f up and stop making sorry ass excuses that are straight up laughable. There are more than enough ways to play around parry. Got parried? Use net. Use combi throw. Use plasma/melee combo etc. The fact that you kept attacking after first, THEN second and EVEN after third parry only proves what kind of a low level iq player you are. And once confronted by other forum user as to why you kept doing this stupid thing - you stayed silent.
But most importantly you didnt even bothered to make an argument or point as to how devs should balance out close combat encounters if parry was removed… How the fuck else fireteam should act if combizerker jumps down on them and starts swinging with his impenetrable/fearless perks. Go ahead - explain. Or else shut the f up.

Lol, after first got parried you could have no more chances, they will eat your HP in seconds and start chase you and kill. I was did so today playing human scout with speed and lungs perks. Even if you survive it doesn’t means they could give you to use your gadgets :)
That is if you jump into pre-made FT squad that knows what they are doing. Ofc you will get melted. That’s the whole point - don’t even try to jumps into well cooardinated FT and expect to leave unpunished. I totally agree with you. This post was pointing out his flaws when he’s trying to approach 1/2 FT members and doesn’t change his tactics after getting parried once, twice and then even a third time.
I was going to say something similar. So here is a tip list:
Don’t melee with the rest of the squad in line of sight.
Use melee sparingly if the soldier is facing you, and especially if they have their knife equipped.
Use slam to blind before melee.
Use a net, arrow, or a spear to right before starting to melee. This makes your opponent weak enough to take down with two or three hits.
When using the elder sword, try only using the first two hit combo, then retreat or reposition. It’s very fast and does about 60 damage. Only use the long 5x combo if netted or if their trying to run away.
-That’s all I got, but imho I feel the melee vs parry is in a good place right now. It’s a necessary part of game balance, even if it’s only a combat knife.
Dont mind him. If you would beat him at rock-paper-scissors then he would cry how unbalanced and unfair it is. You would explain how it works and he will say it doesnt happen in a movie and proceed to call you insulting names.
