i mean this should also extend to the FT aswell they are playing the way they want, as long as its not an exploit its valid
I dont mind getting my ass handed to me by PCDS, but this is just trolling.
Ok bro I was trying to side with you but…
WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO USE THE KNIFE?
WHAT IF I WANT TO PLAY COLLECTING ALL VERITANIUM?
c’mon…
If I need the disk to get them off the roof, then each time I see the specific premade, I will have to choose a loadout that has a disc (even though I dont prefer it as a weapon) JUST IN CASE they decide to camp on a roof again.
See what I mean?
But you get what I was saying right?
Of course your situation is a bit different.
I’m just curious, is it always the same map?
The 2 times I can remember it was Derailed.
They do this all the time - you wanna know a little secret? When I find these guys in pubs, but with randoms and not together, I take them out no bother - does not matter if its Mojo, Psycho, Vargaresa or Riktig. Sure, they are bit more challenging, quz they are really good, but I honestly can’t remember when was the last time I faced them separated from each other with randoms and lost a game(perhaps there was one or two games, but I just can’t remember guys ;-)). Now, when these guys are together, even the best preds in game will have a ride for their money, average preds like me don’t stand a chance. Why? because those players are extremely well organised and are working TOGHETER as a fucking TEAM. They have their loadouts selected not for show, but to supplement each other. When they move through hunting grounds they are coordinated - no one wonders off in direction he likes. They work as a unit. Now please explain to me, why the hell are you saying its not fair that a team works as a team? Isn’t it the whole purpose of FT gameplay?
So that’s most likely why.
I dont always get on the roof, and I dont think I’d always ask my team to do so since some dont like that.
I try to work with my team you now?
But ya in pretty sure its just cause its derailed.
I love getting on the roofs and sniping there.
You deal with thr situation As you see fit.
But I’d say just try to bear with it and go with being your head against the wall approach until you possibly find something That works.
All I’m really saying is dont let it get to you and try to push Through.
Easier said than done tho.
I’m from a different Era where words didn’t mean anything
Because as you said,
when they always stick together, its almost impossible to take a single one out.
Now apply this on a rooftop, that has the perfect view of the whole map with a team that has the best snipers in the game and its already a really difficult scenario.
But ok lets say you use the plasma and a disc (even though I dont usually play with disc and I dont want to be forced to have to choose the disc each time I come across this team, just in case they decide to camp on a rooftop again).
What shows that they are trolling,
is using an OP perk (9 secs spot) against a player they have played with many times before and know is not anywhere close to beating them even without them using OP perks.
Right. Thank you for the advice.
The thing I am trying to get across is that we all know this game is way unbalanced trying to make life easier for new players playing as FT.
Some perks and gadgets are there to assist the new players spot the predator.
Players at the skill level of a DS using them, feels unnecessary.
buddy I’m pretty sure you are younger than me, probably half my age
I’ll give you that one.
Some ppl dont need some of the perks.
When we play pubs, we often come across top tier preds. Tonight, for example, we played 5 times against TOP_1_ORBITER
We have to bring the most integrated loadout to play those matches. So we have those loadouts as default.
You can’t just switch to a different loadout because you find a mid tier pred. In the lobby we joke and laugh most of the times (yes, spamming fantasma lines ) and we don’t care about changing loadouts. Not putting into account the -1 level bug which stops you form changing loadout.
The team is hard to beat man, get over it
and GG
Hey now! Don’t be reasonable!
Ok, you are basically saying that they are bad people because they use coordinated loadouts that give them advantage and they work as a team. Look, I’m not being smart or sarcastic here but I really don’t get the point. When I play with my team - we do the same. We have specific loadouts that will supplement each others, not some solo meta builds, so we always stay together + perks and gear items that will give us advantage. We win most of our games that way. Why is that trolling? That is simply cooperating.
Yes, its defiantly not fun on the receiving end, but I’m always amazed when I come across a good team that has no solo meta builds, works together and keeps me at bay all the time with good coop. That is the whole point of FT gameplay.
Well that I can accept. (regarding the PDLs and 9 sec spot perk)
Camping on a rooftop. No.
Anyway, thank you for that explanation.
Is your team also spending all of the match camped on a highground?
The roof is actually one of the most dangerous situations for FT, given you are playing vs a mid to top tier pred.
I can say with certainty it was not us who were camping on a rooftop. We almost never do that as we prefer to focus on the mission. Not that camping on a rooftop is bad in my opinion… It’s just a game.
PS: For example for the mission where you have to break the camera on Derailed it is a good idea to go up on the roof to cover and then hop off as soon as possible to go to the village. That would be the only instance where we may have gone up there but it would not last long.
