The gaming industry is in a runt atm. Most of the big companies are just pushing out carbon copies of games past. It sad, sure we may get 1 or 2 great games biannually but thats about it. The smaller studios are the real ones pushing the limits of games. The big companies either need to let go and start making original games or just stop making games

Rock n roll? That type of rock is classic rock now. Not to many exist. Most rock bands now a days are in a sub category.

Not that there are shortage of sub genres, I just can’t list them all

Okay thats fair then. Heavy is still very prominent in the scene. Grudge is making a comeback along with ska, but atm Hip and rnb is the top dog
