a legit direct hit full blast should knock anyone down inmo. You have perks for fireteam with no animation for jerking but one tap from a rifle and your aim goes way off. The FT still has advantages and its in the health kits. They can auto heal up twice cause the ai is so stupid.

Not lost a game all day, just get 4 people who know what they’re doing and you cant beat them.

You try range? My 50cal bullet will hit you faster, ill just side step your spear/arrow/plasma… After 3 shots your mask is gone.

You try melee? Ill just parry you once and my squad will use vectors to mow you down before your stagger recovers.

Job done.

I agree that there are a ton of shitty Predators and the good ones are few and far between. Fireteam has a higher skill ceiling than the Predator which makes them OP at the higher levels of play and Predator basically can’t win at that point. As soon as you get a FT that knows how to play, it gets ridiculously difficult for the Predator to the point that Fireteam members can even sometimes 1v1 and certainly 2v1 the Predator in a game that was designed to be 4v1 lol.

I was going good in a match just before, took out one member came for another, knocked him down and went to run and jump a fence to get away to heal, when I jumped the fence I just caught the tree climb zone and instead of jumping the fence to tactically get away, it stuck me on the tree animation and I got smashed. Haha it sucked, bad mistake on my part… so I guess small errors like that can cost you a mission, would be good if you could toggle whether you want tree climbing or not to appear

There are some serious terrain issues and I find myself getting caught and sometimes outright stuck when jumping around. It kind of sucks to lose because of that but I’ve seen it happen to both FT and Predator so at least it’s fair that way.
