Probably cause he’s a PRED franchise fan. This is as close as he can get to adding something to the predator content.
Plus, possibly having the ability to mess with the ‘best Pradator’'s account is just a cherry on top.

All their job postings are for leads. Pretty much says they are in dire need of leadership and none of them have the “cojones” to take the role.
Or maybe their leadership don’t want to promote their own employees, which means illfonic may be a terrible place to work at to begin with, since no matter how hard you work, there’s no room for growth and career development.
There’s literally 6 management positions, 2 Mid level positions and only one entry level position
