I work in R&D at a microchip factory. I make and break encryption for a living. I’m at the top of my field. I do reverse engineering and build large systems with robotics, which includes bug hunts. You can look up foundry jobs, depending on your skills and experience. Bring something to the table that they don’t have yet, or that you can do quicker. Don’t have to start with a big position either; if you get your foot in the door, you can make suggestions, mockups and work your way up.
