I’m currently in a field lockers frenzy
It takes time to get to the predator and only 1 dude can be the predator for each team. Most of the game is a mindless deathmatch type of thing. There are no AI.
Camera shakes like all hell when you get shoot.
People leave when they notice they are probably going to lose and they don’t perform well. Then there is no point to even stay in the game with 1 or 2 people less.

As far as lore is concerned it is a bit of a stretch. I might suggest these Preds have been controlled via MK Ultra and as such there should be some psychedelic vision/rage mode that activates when a Pred gets a kill streak.
Well, we have Predators and the original The Predator filming to thank for Preds teaming up with humans.
