Quite honestly I would like the see the predator have a slight health buff as to right now. I say a slight buff will make it better and for those who say he needs bigger health as if to the current meta of mercenary 87. I do see it is annoying when not only one but two people have commando with the deadly perk and just spray the gun. The only thing they need is some decent aim and at least some sort of heals to actually get a predator into the second wind. In my opinion, which I know most people won’t agree with is that the predators are more accurate than you think. When we see the people in the movies we mostly see that they stay fairly far and weaken the team or people before going in and finishing the job with a melee weapon. I just think that people want to be a berserker and rush them and have a 2 hit down melee weapon while just tanking shots. For instance, in the second movie, we see the predator very easily get damaged from just one bullet as well in the first movie as we see a stray bullet hit the predator and get somewhat hurt. We also see the predator lose a bare hand-to-hand fight by only using mud and somewhat hurtful traps as these traps didn’t even do most of the damage to him. In the game, we are trained professionals in gunplay and maybe hand to hand based on the perks of heavy hitters. Not only are we armed with guns from a point-blank range and a predator with a melee weapon we have knives and we parry as well as slash at them doing even more damage as well with teammates and their guns. People just need to learn to play a balance between far and near range instead of whining about it being stupid how bad the predator health is.

Slight health buff sure, and a parry rework since the current “parry” is just a block. Have parry reworked into a redirect that costs more stam and some health (based on pred weapon) and instead of stunning the pred just moves the pred past the FT member as they move to the side.

That is true as the invisibility did play apart in the movie but he did do a lot from the ceiling in those scenes. The predator also did it from out of the way so the gun shots didn’t hit him. Then again in one of the scenes he threw the smart disc from another roof top, so a lot in that movie was still quite far paced until he got a solid percent of the gang members.

I would have to agree with a redirect and I say that when doing a so called “redirect” that the pred can go for another hit doing a shorter timed stun to both but it waist your stamina so much that in the second hit it waists all of your stamina so its a risk but if you do it to much the predator learns and hits harder so that it drains more stamina on the second one. I think this would be a trade off for blocking but you can’t spam or else you can’t run afterwards. Then this gives time for th fireteam to help or to extend time so the fireteam can be on their way. This should give more reason to help out your teammates so you don’t have to fight alone and most likely loose. I do say though that if you wait a little bit after the first hit you can keep doing a “redirect” but you might have to take some damage.

oui il faudrait que le predator ai un buff de santé pour que le commande n’ai pas cette facilité à le mettre en second souffle aussi rapidement et ai aussi une pression sur les commandos et leur faire peur comme dans les films nous n’avons jamais vu des commandos rush au couteau et tué le predator aussi vite dans les films donc un buff de santé et indispensable sur ce jeu voilà se que je pense

I really can’t be assed to use google translate on everything, but to reply, the pred does need a decent buff in every class, at the very least health-wise. Don’t dick with the damages, just increase the overall health. Someone else here already had a nice long essay on what needs to be properly nerfed/buffed (the the devs never saw), and I felt it was perfect.

Also, its very easy to win as Pred, even with melee. I use melee. I win. But its on a by-game basis, meaning each round will have different teams. Some you can whack with your sickle and call it good. Some will make your health bar disappear in a flash. Its also situational, if a FT member is lagging behind, you can jump him and get the kill easy without much hassle. You just gotta use creative thinking and logic in this game. And if you lose, well, get better. Its a game.

That’s what I would argue is balance… The problem is people asking for buffs… buffs is what got us here. 3 minute matches because of the ridiculous amount of damage. Everything needs to be nerfed. Make longer matches. Make FT ran out of ammo. Force pred to go pickup its arrows. When damage is low mistakes are less punishing and you can learn while playing. Right now, you make a mistake and as Pred, that means another 5 min queue. Only to face potatoes for the next 20 matches.

Seriously… people complain so much about pre-mades when the reality is you will rarely encounter them and 90% of the time is potato salad.

I’ve done this to this Youngblood here and let me tell you I’m normally shit at parrying.

My parrying skills are just me spamming keys at random without thinking and it works way too well for something I don’t even use most of the time.
