Itās gotten worse sure but itās always been a shit hole. Just because they were banned in the past didnāt mean they werenāt there, they would make nonstop alt accounts to continue their bullshit. Didnāt help that the devs themselves basically encouraged the degradation of their game and forum.
It used to be. I say a lot, but in the 90s Puerto Rico was awesome. I really really miss it.
