It is, but there seems to be a disconnect in the vid. Early on it is said that the product is dangerous because proper processing is lacking, so seemingly it can be purified to standard. But later on it says that this practice is still tainted even if the final product meets standards so I’m confused.

It looks like random people do the first stage of the process by making it into a grease. Then it’s handled by middlemen to make it into a more resectable medium and finally cleaned up professionally. It sounds like a health safety violation perhaps, but still the final product is supposedly ok. I get that the process is iffy, but i don’t get the cancer link if the product is cleaned properly in the end.
