2:26:10 of this livestream today I got into a lobby with 550 ping as Fireteam and even then still managed to snipe the predator to hell, including take his mask off, showcasing how easy it is to hit the Predator on this game even with an insane high ping. Hitscan easy baby mode. And the Predator was an Elder Stalker using a lot of plasma, not a bad player at all.
500 ping as Fireteam is still easier than 100 ping as Predator. Amazing Illfonic.

Clearly the Elder had a Skill Issue, it can’t be the game: every win is earnt don’t you know.
Teleporting when you have high ping is more the problem.

This game is pure garbage, even when @Cptclutch117 was host pred i was rubber banding and disconnect a few times, keep in mind he lives in the same city as me.

true, playing as FT is easier
but
350 ms = 0,35 seconds
if the ratio is 0 : 350 ms one player will see and act almost half a second later . Huge disadvange in many situations, for the “0 ping” player is like having spider sense.
So, whoever finds himself in that situation is at a concrete disadvantage
All other considerations belong to the balance topic which has been discussed more than biblical exegesis
The point is
Ping is matter at alot of shooter games , for example CSGO . If you have high ping in that game you will die and you don’t even know who shot you from where and which direction
But in this game it’s different
It’s just hitscan for fireteam
Funny thing is as long as they win against predator they never complain about ping or anything
For example the other day I was playing friendly private match against @Samhain13 and my friends , there was a guy with name " CL 2| " something like that , when they win a match I told them sorry if you have high ping and he said no it’s fine it’s ok , but after I started winning like 3 matches he was complaining about ping 😂
( He was also playing as Dante field medic )
I mean sometimes people just blame the ping cuz it’s easier than accept the L

Idgaf about winning or losing in general for most games but the second I start noticeably lagging I start to get salty as shit. On this game, I expect there to always be lag and/or some other issue so I just don’t care.

Yeah it’s fucked beyond repair 😂 ACIG are what i notice get the most frame drops for me personally, but grenades are just as bad when there are 3 ppl flinging them around. shooting water with the minigun 😂😂😂 i don’t know if that is a thing or a joke but it made me cackle either way!

Oh, it’s a thing alright. the last time I touched this game was when I played with @Fire and he started shooting the water with it on Overgrowth and it nearly crashed my game the second I stared in its direction.

i didn’t even know that was a thing but then again i don’t use the minigun, i’m open to any other troll weapon like RL, GL or LMG but i will not touch that thing 😂
