Is city hunter better than scout

I ain’t fucking running CH he has 10 Perk Points, can’t do shit with that. Base Hunter does better. Cleo & Elder do WAY better. City’s saving grace is that he has Analytic which is slightly superior to Stalker but so does Scout and Scout has the same movement speed with superior Perks & a smaller hitbox.

Scout with Impen ~ 1472 effective Health

City Hunter also gets .933 damage multiplier and the armor mechanic.

1250 base
1321.4 with armor mechanic
1416.29 with bullet resistance

Scout with Impen 1472
City Hunter Base 1416
Less than 4% more effective health for Scout

So your saying that ch has just under base hp compared to scout with impenetrable? Or am I reading it wrong

Yes.

Honestly, I don’t think Scout or City Hunter are better or worse, if you consider different play styles. However, any of the “Heavy” predators are just too immobile to be “competitive,” imo.
