I call it the gummy bear strategy, and yes the bow extremely useful for that

Bow is an excellent long-range weapon, along with the plasma cannon.
If it’s hard to hit, practice makes perfect. You will be surprised at how much firepower you can get.
There are three rudiments to jumping and hitting.

  1. Fly so that the opponent is in front of you when you land.
  2. Aim while jumping.
  3. It’s better to move your aim sideways than horizontally.

Doesn’t the delithered lenses perk make the plasma caster better at being stealthy ?

Yes however you only get one or two shots before your position is revealed if you’re up against a good team as the projectile’s easy to track.
