I will ask again if you checked out the thread I linked for you in regards to your question about cheating and if the Predator is invisible or not?
I do not keep track of questions, but it is fair to say this specific one comes up a lot.
The thread I made and linked for you was to help clear up any questions folks had.
That topic covers your question in depth, but if you have any specific conditions to test under please feel free to ask.

I am usually available to play in the evenings time zone central (North America).
Just because you’re invisible that doesn’t mean a fireteam doesn’t know where you are. Maybe you’re bleeding, maybe your spot was super-obvious, maybe the vegetation around you moved. Those are all ways to spot a predator without cheats. In your example I’d follow you around the tree and listen for your footsteps, if I don’t hear those you either jumped or you’re standing still. Only takes a few bullets to check the latter.
Also, don’t forget skill levels; it varies a lot between players I’ve noticed, both predator and fire team. Can make a huge difference on how a match feels.
Perhaps you’re focusing too much on how things should work on paper and too little on what’s actually going on during a match. As a predator you have huge weaknesses that will be exploited by experienced players, so be aware of those and adjust your risk-taking accordingly. Standing still while cloaked with the fire team nearby is in itself riskier than just to keep moving and jumping away. And apparently you got punished for that. But I understand what you’re trying to say. For me it boils down to predictability of gameplay. I find it very lacking in this game. You expect to be able to squeeze through that rock and that tree, yet your character gets stuck. Getting stuck isn’t the problem, it’s the false expectation that you wouldn’t. Like a med-kit, I expect it to bounce of walls, yet when I drop it towards a wall it clips partially through, rendering the med-kit unusable. That’s what I find the most annoying about this game.

I do not think anybody believes that a 100% invisible Predator can not be found. There are FT out there who are very good at it. And as you pointed out there are many other ways to hone in and locate a cloaked Predator.
However, a 100% invisible Predator cannot be seen. This has been proven on all graphics settings on PC.
What I do not want to happen is for miss information to get out there (Predator is visible and never invisible) and then it just gets accepted by Predator players as truth.
When in fact it is probably either a bug or a cheat.
