I feel like 30 hours to unlock almost all the unique weapons in the game (including for fireteam) and elder pred and stuff is pretty fine imo. That’s why they have levels up to 999 for unique trophies, I feel like if they locked gameplay behind a ton of hours it would limit a lot of people from certain playstyles and be too grindy.
What I would love would be more cosmetics locked behind levels, like maybe pred armor styles, warpaints, weapon skins (like the combistick and smart disc skins), etc, like how the fireteam knives are locked behind levels or field lockers
