I think Snake knows what The forums is. The forums is the mob. Conjure drama for them and they’ll be distracted. Take away their dignity and still they’ll roar. The beating heart of the forums is not the Council of Melons, it’s the plasma from the branches. He’ll bring them death - and they will love him for it.
