Well if he is on pc? Does he have the game on epic or steam? I found that if you didn’t set the epic game launcher as an allowed app on your firewall? It would load the game but the connection would be terrible and could possibly not load onto an online game? I set the pc firewall security to allow the epic game launcher to get through and the issue went away .
If he is on steam? It might be the same thing . His security might be partially blocking it from connecting properly is my point .
