Apparently we are both wrong. If you use modified reserve it has 0 drain. Which is weird cause modified reserve is supposed to help energy regeneration. Not make you use less. So. I guess my bad? But also weird wording from the game. Because if you use Modified reserve on jungle hunter it 100% has 0 energy reduction what so ever.
I mean my bad first and foremost you are correct and I am wrong don’t let me saying with reserved make it sound like a cop out to me being wrong. I am wrong you are right lol. BUT I wonder why with this particular class and this perk this is a thing. And this was 100% stated before in patch notes so I wonder if it’s intentional

It’s other classes as well. Maybe not as effective but it still helps.
You still regenerate energy while using cloak and thermal.
It’s just their drain is more powerful than base Regen.
That’s why your able to Regen energy with certain builds.
