If the cross play was across xbox n ps that would be more balanced and pc players mess with there settings to sed pred even though they invis

what? my point was more people pay for this game on ps4 because they like ps4 but people on pc hate Epic games so they didnt buy it. thats why ps4 has more newer/bad players.

PC and PS players is like night and day. Believe me, i’ve used the PS gamepad on the PC and its aweful for First Person Shooters.
It is really the controller and the fact that the mouse/keyboard combo is uniquely in tuned to all the movements required to make quick decisions. I would say PS should have keyboard mouse capabilities or hardware available cheaply. Bottom line.
Also playstyle, sure some noob pc players go out on their own, and then quickly learn that is not the way to survive.
PS4 players just seem more yolo, and I dont mean that in the best way.
PC players are a bit more competitive, nothing wrong with casual play. But you can imagine that’s not always fun if the rest of the team depends on you.

I play on PS and I’m 27. I feel a higher percentage of them are younger kids. While PC players are a bit older and have more gaming experience. This is not always the case.
I’ve enjoyed this game since day 1. Prefer the Pred of course but I’ve played way more FT games with cross play on and sometimes PC players are just as bad as PS.
I have a PS FT group and we play with cross play on and we do well against the PC Predator.
Now when I play as Predator I’ve only recently turned cross play on to have more of a challenge. Last weekend though these 3 PC FT members where hunting me all game. I could only do a little damage to them before having to run away.
Than a whole 4 PC FT game came up and I was so scared but they weren’t as good as the 3. They where good but I could deal with them.
It really just depends on the person playing.
There are good PS players.

From what I’ve been seeing here on the Forums regarding Crossplay @Ruso, it boils down to the Aiming benefit that a Mouse and Keyboard provides. No matter how good a Console Player is with a Controller, it’s not gonna compare.
I’m a Console Player at heart. Back when DooM was king on PC, I didn’t like the WSAD Keyboard setup, so I defaulted to a PS2 DualShock Controller through a USB Converter. Ever since, I tried to dabble with a Mouse and Keyboard. I felt like a Blind Guy LOL. With that said, I play Hunting Grounds on PS4 with Crossplay off. Not because of the Mouse and Keyboard thing, but because of all of the Cheaters that run rampant with Aimbots and whatnot.
I get the feeling that a majority of players leave the Look Sensitivity to default and deal with it’s Limitations. I’ve Leaped around Fireteams and noticed that they slowly turn and slowly look up to react.
Lastly, I play with a Customized PS4 DualShock with extra Thumbstick Tension and Rear Buttons. While it isn’t a Mouse and Keyboard it’s as close to it as you can get and makes a huge difference. Check it out here:
Hmm… my experience with PS players is that its 50 50 chances you get a team that just either sticks together and piles up and gets swept or they run away from each other… Look its a tactical stealth game for both FT and Pred… you both have a mission… FT has a mission to inflitrate terrorists and do it stealthy like true trained soldiers, while pred is one step above that it stalks both Terrorists and FT… So basically… Yes i had a hella fun time with both PC and PS players but generally speaking you see more PS players doing goofy things than PC players… cause most of people bought the game on PS to have fun and enjoy their time and probably never saw all the movies or read about the lore and more in depth… AAANYWAYS…
So far i havent lost to a PS team just cause the game does not have proper aim assist for the PS players… but generally speaking it would kinda break the game as the AIM assist does not rly lock onto you but rather like helps you with holding the aim on to the way you are firing… also idk how it would work for invisible preds that are stalking… it would probs be able to kinda show a path where pred is at… if they aim on trees etc…
Generally speaking i only play with PS players not cause they suck rather its much more enjoyable to have fun with what you are given as predator than just spam plasma and rush in go back rush in go back etc…

As a ps4 player I’m usually getting on pc teams doing the most damage so don’t put this on all of us
Agreed. I am a PC player myself and play both Predator and FT (I don’t pride myself in being a ‘Predator Main’ because that is just adding to the queue problems and selfish, imo - I just like to play the game since I love Predator). While my experience has been similar to yours, it seems that more PC players join with groups (probably what the 3 PC players did in your example) and are ultimately communicating on Discord (or some other chatting platform) to be effective in their tactics as well as ensuring one or more are Recon/Scout class to spot you.

Spot on - PC players have an advantage with the keyboard/mouse combo and it makes it soooooooo much easier to play first-person viewpoint than a 3rd person perspective. There have been some other folks on this forum that have posted on this topic as well in which he/she has even tested out a controller on a PC and noticed how difficult it is to play as FT.
As noted above, there are some good PS FT players and I feel that they would be devastating as a PC player if they would be given a keyboard/mouse to get around the controller limitations.

PC Players with a Mouse and Keyboard… HOLY FUCK the difference between them and PS4 Players is Night and Day @bendinglight.
Out of curiosity, I turned on Crossplay and matched against (what felt like) a full Stack on PC. Their Spotting Abilities is through the roof and my Health was melting at least 2x faster compared to full PS4 stacks.
Thankfully I have my Custom Controller allowing for total freedom on the Camera while Leaping/Jumping: The Match went down to the wire where I downed two (and Claimed one) of them as the Chopper arrived. LOL I was OK with Escapes. Because Pressure.
It’s a totally different Game. And as challenging as it is, I like the extra pressure.

Miss me with that bullshit.
The advantages of frame-rates, nerfing graphical settings to exploit the game, macros, aim-bots, no-clipping to see/shoot thru boundaries, mouse & keyboard, spam spotting, and anything else I may have missed is why majority of us PS4 players have Cross-Play set to off.
For you, it must be like shooting fish in a barrel with fools walking around in circles saying where’s the objective 😂

Yeah, I find it so much easier to play on PC than PlayStation (insert number here) when you’re talking about FPS. From my gaming experience over the years, I just find it so much easier to pinpoint on targets with the mouse and strafe with WASD - lethal combination when playing a game such as this one.
I bet your health went down super fast when going against PC players - the aiming is another level when compared to going against PS players.
Glad to hear that you turned on crossplay as I see a number of folks on this forum stating he/she has turned it off because of supposed cheating (not to say there isn’t any - there definitely was with the macros to onload a clip in literally a few milliseconds and the low setting loophole to spot Preds from half way across the map). Not sure if you turned it back off but it is always great to play against PC and PS players - the more the merrier, imo, and helps reduce the queue for Predator.
