It is a bit difficult to accomplish but I have actually done it. They either have to be standing right next to the wall to pin to it OR you have to be almost exactly vertical to them when you go to pin them to the ground.
Also I have leapt plenty while in Second Wind. Seen Predators do it while on Fireteam. That is confirmed. Not sure if it’s a bug or a feature but it is confirmed.

wow i had NO idea…think i have done that hundreds of times by now, not seen that happen once. Thanks for clearing that up, seems its like a 1% chance of it happening tho as ive shot so many FT against walls.

I’ve pinned a FT to the ground when I launched it from a tree above them. I imagine it can pin them to a wall, although its far more difficult probably to find them standing next to an empty wall…
