I have a friend that has this same issue. We have been trying to troubleshoot the issue but haven’t been able to solve the problem.

Also, when trying to log back in after disconnection, “Retry Online”, the error “User login failure! Verify Internet connectivity” instantly pops up after a second of “Authenticating”.
I believe nothing is happening on this screen and I have to “Play offline” and close the game to get it to work for maybe two minutes of actual game play.

I get disconnected from matches with the message "Session heartbeat failure " very often. This is game breaking , you guys have to fix this asap. Im on win 10 pro, gtx 1080, 16b ram, cpu i7 5930K

There does not seem to be any common factor that points to why this is happening.
It is not specific to a Windows version or PC specs. It happens on both Windows 10 and 8.
I really hope that Illfonic fixes this soon. This problem and the long queue times makes the game practically unplayable.

Also connection type doesn’t seem to be the problem either. I’ve tried both Wi-Fi and Ethernet with the same results. 5G connection with Spectrum Internet.

guys its just the internet. not your supplier or your conection specifically… but half the UK is having huge drop outs at the momet becaus of 1 supplier that connects you to the rest of the world. so yeah you maye not have issues connecting to facebook and everything seems fine, but somewhere there is a connection problem that causes you not to be able to contact wherever the server is located.
So if you are in the UK, or near it that may use UK infastructure then you probably are suffering this problem. nothing illfonic can do about it, doesnt matter what wifi, newtork or 5g u use, they all connect to the “main line” and if thats disrupted then you get outages…

Until everyone realizes this, all pc users face the problem of the network error, while console users they have no problem with it !!

while i agree somewhat we have no idea what connections are used to get to the server or where the server is. its HIGHLY possible that if the server is in the USA/EU etc then it probably comes through the UK somewhere.
Take a look at the map of the main lines that control all global traffic.
The reason ur internet still works for most sites is because datacenters cache things for quick access. so facebook will almost always work, but you are accessing a local datacenter not a server 1000s of miles away.

Dude you literally are not listening. This ONLY HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I PLAY PREDATOR. THAT IS AN IN GAME ISSUE. I CAN PLAY FIRETEAM 100 TIMES IN A ROW WITHOUT THIS ERROR.

You are posting ridiculous maps of underground cables. That has nothing to do with this error, it is NOT my gigabit internet. I play all of my games without issue daily, stream 4k video, etc. My ping is infinitesimal. You need to understand this.

and other people are saying its both, ive had it at the main menu. its just internet issues and coincidence that it happens when u playing pred… palcebo. doesnt mater how golden your connection is or if you can reach 1 website or another…

No its not, its specific to the conenction route to the server of this game. its not happening on some other games bacuse the connection problem isnt in that route. you can stream because they are not in an effected reagion/area…
Not all game servers are in 1 place on the world.
