Predator is literally a colonialist trope about the noble savage that was modelled after a Rastafarian warrior. Like, I do understand that gamers donāt like to look into their favourite franchises from, letās say, fanonian/saidian or foucauldian sense since theyāre mostly interested in pews and pows and itās sad, honestly.

In the same way as a lot of fictional stories set in the jungle. Like, Predator '87 is a very straight forward movie about jungle adventures for white boys. I donāt know what youāre surprised about here.

I think that we can all agree that as long as the new movie keeps it historically accurate and has the tribeās warriors have sex with one of the tribeās non-binary individuals to secure good luck prior to the initial raid/hunting party that they meet the Predator in, weāll be happy.
