Good fireteams are already a 1 sided fight against most predators, they’d need to implement a lot of buffs to counter.

Well I mean all the names are pretty on the nose. Med bag, ammo bag, health syrette etc. I don’t think we can expect something called a UAV to actually be an RC minitank with guns.

True, but my interest is piqued at how everyone has a slightly different thought on how these new things will work.
Like the UAV scanner. I was thinking it would act like the UAV from COD Ghosts where you put down a UAV box, but instead of it scanning for enemies it would act like a motion tracker but for the FT.

I agree with @Vargaresa the super future advance stuff tech for humans is just gonna make predator feel like shit to play… the movies were always about predator being more advanced and scary to go againts with hot weapons like assault rifles or rpgs…
I think that they should have done old school shit like trip wire claymores… or mines… maybe even trip net wire guns… that makes pred scream when he gets captured and then he has to melee swing the nets to go away… lmao…
I don’t think it’s bad. 80% of FT are hust low skill randoms who cannot coordintae each other. So, the most matches are really ez for predator. Maybe with these features it will be more chances to win for FT

This is the one thing that can potentially annoy me.
The self revive can be ok if balanced in terms of cost I think. And I do like the fact that they are giving FT some love…But, unless in the 2.0 version they buffed Predator’s stealth considerably, the granade will be really fucking stupid as the ability for the Preds to go unnoticed is already kinda crap atm…I mean…a way to take away cloak too…really?

It will depend on how its implemented. If you’re close to me and in stealth… The noise preds make are probably better then the grenade and they don’t cost gear space. You need to keep in mind that you need to drop other gear for it. We don’t even know how much it will cost and how it will work. So STIM, medkit? Ammo bag? Revive STIM (now)? I think preds will be happy if FT’s use this instead :)
The problem is there are bad predators too, a lot of them, and a good fireteam is a lot harder to deal with than a good predator as is, these new advantages require some new predator advantages to compete with good fireteams.

What’s needed to compete with good FTs are good predators. You don’t even know how this things work.
sure,I thought about that too. But imagine 1/2 snipers running that on say recon class with the right perks…you only really need stims, especially if others are support with medkit and ammos…I can still see the abuse/lack of fun
