HAHA!!! We are having an argument here whether new game mode will include assassins predator vs iron man predators vs Godzilla and stuff… well, that will teach us a lesson to be more careful in predicting as to what is coming to the game XD

Well IMO to me it sounds more like a tutorial for a gamemode thats probably hardcore survival… like in R6S lone wolf is given for doing the solo terrorist missions… so maybe something in those lines… Altho this all implies for the pred killer suit to be made as if you would be sent in somewhere where you have to do tasks while not getting caught or something… I don’t know im just guessing… altho Me and many of other people in forums and hardcore franchise fans would prefer rather 12 v 3 mode where it follows the line of AVP 1 and Predators 2010… where they get deployed and both fireteam and predators need to plan accordingly with the material they have to survive or kill etc…

Lone wolf will perhaps be the map name not a new game mode. Or like stated above the tutorial for FT I hope I wont see the retarded iron man predator suit. It’s out if place and have nothing to.do in the predator franchise

well… the game is born already mutilated, with multiplayer mode only… Honestly, before to see other MP modes i really want to see a good single player mode… i really not pretend to see an entire campaign (it would be cool but i doubt it will happen) but the player vs bots is not an optional thing in a game in 2021… i really hope for a things like that…there are some good reason to do this in my opinion:

  • that will help the waiting to be a pred for some players and that is good
  • that can be a good chance to play the pred, in a no competitive way in a more immersive approach (play some stealth, observe your prey…)
  • that will keep the product playable after the end of his lifetime (like Friday the 13th)
  • new players will grab the game.

i can understand that some multiplayer gamer hope for other MP options… but They have already a solid gamemode to play with, the player that want to play alone a predator oriented game has nothing in his hands…
speaking for me, i wait for the day one for a single player challenge mode like the friday the 13th’s one
so i really hope this “lone wolf mode” will be a single player mode.

It wouldn’t necessarily make shorter pred que times? If players syphon off then it would mean less online players? Single player and multiplayer aren’t the same experience but if they done it right I would probably play it, but their bots need a major update

Obviously the que times will not become shorter, but some times You wait a lot of time only to die in 2 second… there are a lot of players that want to find his way to play, that will be not the total solution, but it can help for someone… the online players will play the offline mode but that not mean they will stop to play the online matches… I think that is correct to give the players the choice to play in the way they want…
the bots can be a problem for the complexity of the AI development, (we know illfonic has problem in this meaning) but is not impossible… in any case for many this is the alternative to the "not play the game " option.
