If there ever is a city map, they need to include that crazy news reporter from predator 2 in it, Tony pope or something 😂😂

I can’t see there being a full city map. It’s beyond Iilfonic’s capabilities to get the civilian AI working, unless you think an empty city is going to not look odd.
At best they might do a military base style map at some point which features a built up area with a variety of buildings.

If a huge war broke out between the cops and gangs people would clear the streets and cops would create a perimeter around the area so no it wouldn’t look odd
