if it is a city map for the August update I’ll eat my shorts, I’m expecting it to be stargazer hq or something along those lines but if its a city map I’m all for it.

A bit lazy isn’t it? Night modes on maps we already have and a reskin of a character we already have.

Who knows, as far we know it could be a night version of the 3 current maps and 1 actual new map. Still it’s better to keep expectations low.

Maybe if we all drop acid and turn the lights off when we play we can convince ourselves these are new maps. I can see Sony introducing that alongside the PSVR and PS Move.

If and when the new map hits, there absolutely has to be a “playlist” that has the new map 24/7.

I hope the lights are destructible like they were in AVP 1999 and 2010.
Sure, that could work, having pred take a bit more time before engaging with FT. Plus, if he does destroy the lights, FT will know that he’s in the area. Maybe there could also be a backup power supply that will make certain light permanent. Also, perhaps nightvision goggles would cause FT to be blinded temporarily if plasma caster hits withing a certain distance of FT.

Light destruction always takes me back! Blow them out with your xenomorph tail and the civilians cower in fear back in AVP 1st game.
There are so many possible destructables in PHG. Like there are a ton of garbage bags full of weed, or garbage in Backwater. Lamp posts, and vehicle lights. Engines from motorized boats.
