i am hoping if they do night modes which require extensive use of the thermal vision as pred that they spruce it up abit. thermal vision that is. its ok for detection but not fantastic for navigation.
New maps
flares could add some interesting light source and also mess with the thermal vision. could be some cool gameplay there. or rather the thermal flares would be especially useful in the dark i guess.
Eh, the night mode would cause a whole slew of other balance tweaks. Let them finish balancing what they have before they do something so drastic. But I do hope they get around to it eventually.

supposedly there is already night vision code which has been found in game files though

Yea flares/the thermal decoy can be really useful in that kind of map is what i suggest too…night vision to toggle on or off…Plus its not like the lighting has to be pure pitch black liek I mentioned too it could be well lit to a degree with moon lighting also but yea just thought it could be a cool idea for some variety I thought. Hell u know what? Have Derailed/Blackwater/Overgrowth as a option for night to start it off in a patch (for illfonic to try i mean before jumping into the deep end on a new map entirely)
I guess you do tell the truth every once in a while. I’m not a fan of illfonic, and I d have problems with some of their mechanics, but I don’t want people like you making it more unbalanced.
I’m sure they have plans for it, maybe the new game mode we’ve heard about in a couple months. I just know that taking away light brings up a whole bunch of new balance issues they will need to work on.

I’m not sure who is at fault for that one. I’m still pissed at Epic games store that they took so long to get back to me I couldn’t get the digital deluxe stuff. I was really looking forward to the comic and warpaint, but I’m not spending an extra fourty bucks for that. But knowing that I could find the '87 in the lootboxes, I’m less than pleased.
