New patch broke recon
It’s not about the passives. Reviving faster is borderline useless cause good predators aren’t letting you revive. They are plasma thirsting every downed member. But recon is going to run BANE thick skin and OWLF, and have as much health as assault, increased damage, take less damage, and have the speed of scout. AND can carry frags(scout can’t) recon DOGS scout. Scout is not even in the argument. Assault is the only argument and that’s only because of med kits

Yes in pubs, against playstation predator and without a proper comunication between players. No one with mic.
Tell me the utility of running scout lol. Trust me I use him For fun, but actual competitive games. Why run him

Recon has always been better than scout because of perk points and gear. Now he’s better than assault too
Talking about BEFORE (pre patch) , he had:
-better chase potential
-better passive perk for close combat range (shot One magazine assault then instantly change to secondary)
-revive perk with action hero is super fast and if other two players cover you (talking about prenade sqauds) you can literally pick.up the guy immediatly
The chase potential was SLIGHTLY better with a little more stamina
read my First comment I was talking about previous recon from the beginning. With this patch, AS I SAID, now is more viable. Of course in pub against noob predator players you can even go with grimtech pistol and suppressor.
You are saying scout was better than previous recon. I’m saying no he was not. There speed has always been the same, and scout just has slightly more stamina.

No, worries. I was just confused. That’s dexterous, great perk. Still doesn’t pick up fast enough to not get Combi’d or bow shot in the head. If you’re dealing with a good Pred it can be 2 are down instead of 1.
We were doing this againt Dice in private games😅 it works, not every time, it s situational, just need to use this tactic with brain.
Yep. This alone makes assault just as good no matter how many perks recon has.
