Newbies....

I hope they remove it, just so everyone realizes just how insignificant of a perk it is. Almost every other perk 4 or more points is better. Good teams will still merc predators.

Imagine not being able to use any other perks but impenetrable because you are forced to counter in some way Yautja Bane. To promote diversity , Yautja Bane should be removed and Tick Skin reverted to the previous version.

How sure are you? Because if they are collecting data, and have been collecting data the whole time, then why have they fumbled every fucking patch? My faith in this developer is on vapours at the moment.

Bro go to my topic i figured how to fix the limbo of balance changes lmao… its the most fair excellent idea ever…

also you too @TheETgamer

@Coffee2Go and @SkooLBoY_SkePtiK

Allow me to put an end to this confusion please, as I’ve seen this misunderstanding so many times it needs to be demonstrated;

Let’s say you have 4 Assault Class running Bane. Before accounting for Bane they do 100 damage each.

4 x 100 = 400 damage in total.

10% of 100 = 10 bonus damage.

4 x 110 = 440 damage in total

That’s an extra 40pts damage.

40 X 100
---- = 10%
400

What Skoolboy, who was a very good schoolboy clearly, is saying is correct. Even though exact FT member is getting the 10% extra damage, it still doesn’t equate to a damage stack of 40%.

This is the way.

I have spoken.

Each shake hands, take a cookie, go kill some FT.

I get the whole bane shit, but still

No one in my team usually runs it and we still melt most preds because they are just stupid and impatient

Impenetrable isn’t that great either, unless your plan is to eat bullets while quick claiming.

Illfonic should just remove fearless, down range, thick skin, impenetrable, OWLF trained, heavy hitter, and Yautja’s bane.

I guess body armor would be OP, because the fireteam wouldn’t take enough damage from AI when predators purposely set off alarms.

I am ok with this, but if you remove down range then you have to remove all of the nerfs to range weapons of the latest patch. I mean, you cant kill people with 4/5 arrows and 2 magazones of pistol, as well as 3 combi throw.

It is an assumption. I mean, it’s either that, or they’re shooting in the dark (a waste of resources they don’t have), or they’re actually listening to players from forums like this (wouldn’t that be ironic).

You forgot Heavy Hitter, if we are to be fair.

I think you can. I run combi/bow with observant, medic, and large pouch.

They weren’t that great a FT to be fair, why did they stayed in that same area for so long? The last dude gave his position away popping smoke, then rage quit🤣

Medic perk makes the animation look fucking cartoonist🤣 Predator looks like a crackhead trying to get a quick hit🤣

They were trying to do the mission. I knew which one it was. That’s why I went to check if the door was opened, because that was the next part of the mission.

Also, my point was mainly that the weapons available to the predator do plenty of damage. Maybe they weren’t that great, but who looks great when they lose?

The problem is when you face a decent (not even good) fireteam with comms. You shot arrows at these guys and they werent understanding where you were shooting from. Like after many many shots they could have recognized your positions. They were blind with tunnel vision and deaf. Against a good team you need to down them in 3 shots, not more.

This is laughable. I just rewatched my gameplay and carefully examined my tactics. There was only one time when I fired more than 3 arrows from the same position, and it was from long range behind cover.

Also, they can’t see you, if you don’t move.

Also, moving with leaps doesn’t make enough sounds to give your exact position well enough, especially if you leap onto objects, it’s nearly silent.

Also, you do know that the combi throw has a blinding area of effect affect, right?

And deaf? Seriously? I nearly got found while healing and they clearly avoided my traps in the camp because of the cloaking sounds.

Yes. That’s the one time. I was far away and my first two shots are spaced out. Sometimes that will get noticed right away. Sometimes it’s not so easy in the heat of battle, trying to heal and fight AI.

My heart shifted gear when I saw that FT running up on you, Medic perk literally saved your bacon in that moment.

Hardest part of the match was keeping tabs on where they were, using silenced weapons paid off for these newbies but the Assaults white beanie was helpful😈 My combistick went straight through Dutch’s head, couldn’t believe it. Was it because he was crouched? They need to fix that nonsense.
