Predator is a ok reeboot but that the porblem with it, he stick at being more a tribute/reeboot than a actual story they have great ideas but dont go to far with (the supreds where perfect but nop)
also this movies doesnt give enough personality to the predator compare to the first and second who are icconic for their behavior jungle hunter being a metodic and pragmatic hunter when city hunter is a young bloodthirsty (LORDLMAOLOLKILLME) who is eager to prove himself

The only BS is you thinking your HEAD CANNON overwrites the movies. Its not easy to see him, more so moving trough the leaves (exactly like in the game) but its not invisibility.

But when predator comes close to u and stands still… its not possible to see him… but when he moves even slightly close to u… he is visible…

Re movies: adding even more background/history about the Preds would not make for better films. Taking away all mystery is seldom a good idea - look what has happened to the Alien films with the whole ‘biological weapon refined by an Android’ retcon into the history.
If there was ever to be another Pred film (though I think a limited Netflix series would be a better option) I’d like the focus on the ‘hunt’, not convoluted nonsense and exposition about Pred culture. Set it in a war zone with two human sides battling each other and throw a Pred in the mix.
Re visibility: Not sure why there is debate on this - In the films it’s quite obvious the cloak does not make him perfectly invisible - it’s just a very effective camouflage system.
