I’m just confused how you don’t understand what I mean by time zone differences.

Here, I’ll try and explain it like this: where I live, my clocks say “9:14am”. Do your clocks say the same thing? Or are they different? If they are different, it means you’re in a different “time zone” than I am. For me, Emissary dropped at “10:53am”. You’re saying it dropped at “5:00 in the afternoon”, so I assumed your “time zone” is different from mine. Either way, you only reiterated what I previously said, that there is still time for it to drop today.
