Backwater is an overall bad map in general rn, If I queue up and Backwater is the map I leave before the match starts, cause I always get crashes, its best to avoid it as bad as that sounds.

How about ppl read the rules when posting…or at least not rage post what already has been posted 100dreds of times without stating where and when it happened, on what system, what their specs are…
you know taking the dignity out of it makes Illfonic not chime in.
Sometimes I have to ask them politely when their post is so sad and left out…yet they kindly respond with the answer. Illfonic can’t do that everytime. They are not a hand holding support system like Fido or Rogers.

From my experience, the freezing seems to be unrelated to which character you play. You can freeze as fireteam as well.

From my experience, and talking to others, it seems like backwater is most likely to cause a crash, overgrowth less so, and derailed least likely to cause a crash.

Part of the problem is, anecdotally, it’s hard see any patterns with such little data.

BUT…we so know this started becoming a common problem after Patch 2.02, and 2.03 did nada to fix it. Like many of our problems in the game, it stems from crossplay. Trying to balance the game for both platforms has caused more imbalance…but I digress.

Roll back to 2.0, start from there.

I don’t know. I generally enjoy the new perk values. I’m not sure I could enjoy the older versions anymore. Hopefully, they have a hot fix early next week.

All I really want at the moment is, “sorry about the freeze ups, we’re working on a fix.”

It would go a long way for sure and calm down most of the tension on the forum. Doesn’t seem like too much to ask but this total radio silence is disgusting treatment. Not all of us use Twitter or Facebook, and this is our only way to communicate with the team and community.

Why make an Official forum, if all the official stuff gets posted everywhere BUT here.

I know what the issue is. Pc preds killing ps4 players so much the sys.log cant handle the 456tb worth of data

We will get a patch and they will Triumphantly exclaim they have fixed the bug. And they will drop a new item or two, maybe even a map. We will all jizz and scream and praise them and they will get big dev boners at the thought of there own awesomeness. Then we will all be satisfied, for 2 days until we discover the new slew of bugs the patch has caused and realize the new content essentially broken the game worse than last time. Rinse repeat

I will not say that. I have faced my fair share of oc preds because im no pussy and will play with crossplay on till i get super aggravated. Pc preds have a slight advantage to the way they can flick the caster shots and bow shots. With that being said they do have a big disadvantage in the movement category tho after watching some of @YUPPERS gameplay his movement does seem sloppy over a controller in my opinion.

Yeah I don’t know about that. The caster is AOE so if you’re missing. Oof? Lol I can see what you’re saying for the bow and flicking but that’s about it. The REAL pc advantage is for ft. Just point and click fps games. PC has a massive advantage there
