Airstrip is my favorite map (alongside Derailed), been playing since the Beta, and imo this is the best in design and the best additions to this game, one of the def maps for sure(with the worst being backwater, I hate playing in it as both Pred and FT), all other maps are okay or good, but Airstrip just feels nice to play in, I never get sick of it, sure plenty of crates and medkits around it (which imo should be easier to destroy), but still, it’s a huge building, the FT has to do lots of walking around it to get that stuff, you can even use that to your advantage and place a single trap there

This really goes for everyone on here. As someone who is being trained in the medical profession, please see a doc if something isn’t ok, physically or mentally. Don’t cut yourself off from the community though, just value your own health as you should.
I have a relatively low emotional response to most stimuli and respond with much more logic, and after a period of wondering if I was beginning to show signs of sociopathy, but after talking to a doctor, turns out I just have a really strong logical response and I tend to subconsciously repress my emotional response to most things, as I have a normal empathy quotient and can demonstrate emotion readily.
Bit of a rant there, but the moral of the story is please go see a doctor if something feels off, it will either get diagnosed and treated, or it can provide you with an ease of mind knowing everything is ok.

I had to go through the most round about way to actually watch the video.
I’m glad they had a nice smooth game for that match, cause it was laggy as fuck for me xD.
All in all im I clicked here and decided to watch their side.
Definitely way different than I was expecting.

I tried but my phone just kept fucking up whenever the match would start and all I could get was audio but the screen stayed frozen. I’ll watch it later.

I went against the boys before Pred specs were a thing, we did a match with no missions so it was basically just pvp with some ai scattered around, I had 300-400 ping, they had 100-130, I still lost but I still engaged alot and did more than plasma spam, even got some kills and forced a revive (was also the match where I learned that if you have high ping, your disc can get stuck at midair while 10 meters away from any building), if you lost, that’s ok, but let’s not downplay the fact you lost with some excuses like ping, the gameplay made it look like you were afk for the whole match, not trying to shame you or anything, but lets be mature and fair here
Also, FT gameplay is always smoother than Pred gameplay, even when at high ping

They only cared about the mission.

So you are complaining that they were doing the mission, giving you many opportunities to attack, which you didn’t take? Are you reading what you are saying? Oh, it’s the Predator’s fault that you lost now? And not yours for trying to play Plasma only in a Class made for other weapons?
You didn’t play defensively, you just didn’t play(playing defensively is also stupid, you are the one that can do whatever you want all match while the FT has to do a mission within 15 mins), you didn’t engage, you had ample chances to attack which you never took, the FT’s job is to do the mission, yours is to kill them before they complete it lol
Sorry man, but you are giving various excuses rn, if this is how you play normally, I can see why you find Predator so hard
