Iâd be fine with that so long as its spawn changes depending on the mission. It should be out of the beaten path so the FT has to decide push obj or get supplies.

If these forums spent more time playing the game than bitching about it, we might actually start to see the playerbase learn a few things. There might be more FTs than some Candy Corn wearing fools that know how to play the game. More Preds that know how to counter good FTs. But itâs every day, someone is throwing a fit. âMake it so Fervant can one shot FTs in 1v1sâ âTake FTâs spotting away, itâs a wall hackâ âTake Predatorâs charged plasma awayâ âWhy canât Berserker rush in like a bull in a china shop without getting shot to shitâ
The FT has pistols that deal 800 damage per second when the highest Pred HP in the game is 1500. The FT has triple the amount of gear options, double the dedicated map resources. For the past 8 months of the gameâs life they have been the stronger faction by a country mile. But numbers donât make up for experience and hard work will always overcome a statistical advantage. And that isnât hard to actually work around.
And Predator right now is stronger than ever. Disciplined Scout is damn near unstoppable. Ghost Valk & Samurai can one shot half the FT classes in the game. Stalker Elders can wipe entire teams in ONE throw of a Smart Disc. Both sides are now playing with unmatched lethality. And lemme tell ya, itâs a hell of a lot easier to wipe a FT with a Smart Disc as Elder or insta-down them with a Heavy Hammer swing as Valk or Samurai than it is to barrel stuff a Pred with a Glock or M1911 and shoot them to shit.
Now a case can be very easily made, such as by the handsome @CCD_Wuffell that super fast TTKs are bad, and across the board both FTs & Preds could do with more ways to counter each otherâs TTKs. But Predators are no longer fighting a losing battle. Even against Premades it is now easier than ever to win, before ya had to have VERY specific builds to counter Death Squads and had to play in certain ways. Now we can sit back a little and have some real fun with them.
So why are we here pretending that this is unfair? Does no one else grow tired of this constant back & forth? Maybe the problem is not with certain game mechanics or maps or the toolkit either side has, but the fact no one is taking the time to properly learn & use them.

I love this game with all my heart. I was up for 26 hours on the Beta. I pre-ordered it. I have all the DLC. I was the only one here who had the common sense to realize the Lawsuit wouldnât affect it at all and everything would be fine whilst the forums descended into hysteria. So guess what⌠I donât think the game is bad. I think the playerbase is.
You all brag of your own capabilities as âGreat Fireteams with great teamworkâ, or as âGreat Predators with no mercyâ, one second and then create 20 topics asking for things to be nerfed or removed and expect to be taken seriously as people who âknow the gameâ. I have yet to find a warrior amongst you.
