Considering that there’s a possibility for a refund, would false advertising charges still stand?
I’m thinking of items kind online, ebay or whatever; if the item description does not match the recieved item, then you just get a refund and call it a day. This situation is more involved perhaps, but i think same rules would apply.

There is that and the fact that if a game game breaking bugs, from when they are aware, they either have to replace , fix within a small time period or refund.

They fixed ble screen and some of the glitches that would of cause pred to get stuck. Ps4 experince leaves a lot to be desired. Some other bugs got fixed over time, but not in a timely manner; that is an ongoing issue.
These a lot to be desired here, but a lawsuit for false advertising is a long shot. As long as they are making attempts to fix the game, i think technically, they’re safe.
Now, no gamer wants a game this broken. And no gamer, besides a few, would defend them. I’m not trying to defend them; that is coincidental. I’m only arguing your point 😁

Anyone who has followed the game for about 6 month knows what’s to expect. It is what it is. No sense in expecting too much or calling them out. Some issues will get fixed, some won’t.
