I’m cutting back on my drinking cause I want to buy a new personal computer and the budget’s gotta come from somewhere, but that… that situation would upset things.
(And no, I don’t drink enough to buy a PC on any reasonable timeframe from cutting that alone. But a penny here and a penny there will eventually make a whole dollar :p )

If I can get pedantic, the first day of fall is actually something like September 22nd :p But I don’t think people would have to wait anywhere near that long for Summer Update (I can wink wink a bit more with Arcadegeddon)
Software company listing computer as employee benefit is same like listing shovel as benefit for labourer. Obviously some companies didn’t get it as a joke and decided it is labourer responsibility to buy a shovel.
That would be for my PERSONAL computer. I have a relatively solid work computer (Alienware M15 with a 2070) but my personal PC is a little long in the tooth. I like to make sure my work equipment is 100% for work and nothing else.
If that was stated from the start, id have no beef with it 😂
